Why the coverage area is drawn this way
Charlotte's growth ring is dominated by detached single-family housing built from the 2000s onward, most of it with attached two- and three-car garages. That housing stock is the natural market for floor coating work, and it extends well past the city limits — through Huntersville, Cornelius and Davidson to the north, Concord and Harrisburg to the north-east, Matthews, Indian Trail, Waxhaw and Weddington to the south-east, and across the state line into Fort Mill, Tega Cay and Rock Hill.
